In science this week we have been exploring the materials in our classroom. We have found wood, fabric, metal and plastic. We have thought of words to describe these materials: smooth, bumpy hard, strong, bendy. What materials can you find in your home?

In maths we have been learning to add and take away by putting the biggest number in our head and counting on or backwards using our fingers. The children were great at counting on but we need more practise counting back!

The class are working hard to get ready for the Harvest Worship on Monday at the Junior School at 2.30pm. Can't wait to see you all there.
