This week we have busy learning lots more!

We have continued learning our numbers to 5 by singing songs, counting objects, writing numerals and using numicon. We have been learning the colours of the numicon to help us with our counting, we have used it to play games and to make pictures. Next week we are going to begin learning subtilise numbers to 5. 

In Phonics this week we have learnt the sounds i, n,m and d. We are starting to recognise these sounds when written in words and have been writing down the letters for initial sounds. We are also starting to think about blending these sounds together to listen for words such as tip, map or dad.
