What a busy week!

We started with Zoolab visiting us. We learnt about different animals, including a giant African land snail, a corn snake and a tarantula. We then got a chance to touch or hold them if we were brave enough and some us us were!!!

We had a fantastic day at the beach on Wednesday,  the weather was kind to us, not too hot or cold. We enjoyed building sand castles and making patterns in the sand. We were all ready for lunch and had fun running off our remaining energy in West Park. The walk home was a bit slower and I am sure we all slept well that night. Thank you to all the adults who helped us.

In maths, we have been practising halving numbers and seeing how it relates to doubling. We have also been playing games involving adding 2 small numbers.

We have continued to practise our skills for sports day, and we are getting much better at the balancing bean bag races.
