Our first two weeks of term have already flown by! The class have been settling in well and we've been up to lots of fun and exciting learning already.

In maths we have been counting and representing numbers in different ways. The class have been very good at counting to 20 out loud and using objects like numicon to represent numbers to 10.

In writing, we have read the story of 'The Suitcase'. We talked about our favourite things that we would pack in a suitcase to take with us anywhere we go. This week, we have begun writing labels for those items using our phonics knowledge to help us with spelling.

We have also spent some time outside the classroom too. We read the Creation story in RE and went outside to enjoy the nature in the world God created. In Science, we were looking at different signs of Autumn around the school grounds.
